Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
We used to give one Sa’ of meal or one Sa’ of barley or one Sa’ of dates, or one Sa’ of cottage cheese
or one Sa’ of Raisins (dried grapes) as Zakat-ul-Fitr.
