[2647] 121 – ( … ) 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar [may Allah be pleased with them] said: "The day of 'Ashulrâ' was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'That is a day that was fasted by the people of the Jâhiliyyah. Whoever wishes may fast it and whoever wishes may leave it."
