[4339] 59 – ( … ) Sufyân bin 'Uyaynah narrated: "Amr heard Jâbir say: 'A man among the Ansâr declared that a slave of his would become free after he died, and he did not own any other wealth apart from him. The Messenger of Allah sold him." I'l Mudabbar. A slave whose master has declared he will become free after he dies. Jâbir said: "Ibn An-Nahhâm bought him, a Coptic slave who died last year, during the governorship of Ibn Az-Zubair."
