[4127] 133 – (1608) It was narrated that Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever has a partner in property or palm trees, he should not sell until he notifies his partner; if he agrees he may take it, and if he disagrees he may leave it."
