Sahih Muslim Hadith 4128 – Pre-Emption

[4128] 134 – ( … ) It wa narrated that Jâbir said: "Th& Messenger of Allah decreed pre-emption in every partnership that has not been divided. whether it is a dwelling or a garden. It is not permissible for him to sell it until he notifies his partner, and if he wishes, he may take it, and if he wishes, he may leave it. If he sells it and he did not give permision, then he has more right to it."
