[3446] 41 – (1409) It was ti. (t)— I I [rtt] L narrated from Nubaih bin Wahb that 'Umar bin 'Ubaidullâh wanted to marry Ta1lah bin 'Umar to the daughter of Shaibah bin Jubair, and he sent for Abân bin 'Uthmân, who was the Commander of i-Iajj, to attend the wedding. Abân said: "I heard 'Uthmân bin 'Affân say: 'The Messenger of Allah Q5, said: The Muzrim should not get married, have a marriage arranged for him, nor propose marriage."
