[34471 42 – ( … ) Nubaih bin Wahb said: "Umar bin 'Ubaidullâh bin Ma'mar, who had proposed the marriage of his son to the daughter of Shaibah bin 'Uihmân, sent me to Abân bin 'UThmân who was in charge of the IJajj. He said: 'I regard him as no more than a Bedouin, for; "The Muhrim should not get married nor have a marriage arranged for him." 'Ujiimân narrated that to us from the Messenger of Allah jW."
