[858] 18 – ( … ) It was narrated that Suhail said: "My father sent me to Banü Hâriah, and with me was a slave of ours – or a friend of ours. A voice called him by name from behind a wall. The one who was with me looked over the wall but could not see anything. I mentioned that to my father and he said: 'If I had known that that would happen to you, I would not have sent you. But (in future) if you hear a voice (and do not see anything), then give the call to prayer, for I heard Abü Hurairah narrating that the Messenger of Allah said: "When the call to prayer is given, the _S_ha4ân runs away quickly."
