[7502] 66 – ( … ) It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahmân bin AbI Bakrah from his father that mention of a man was made in the presence of the Prophet , and a man said: "0 Messenger of Allah, there is no man after the Messenger of Allah who is better than him with regard to such and such." The Messenger of Allah said: "Woe to you, you have cut your companion's neck," and he said that several times. Then the Messenger of Allah said: "If one of you must praise his brother, let him say: "I think that so-and-so seems to be such and such, and I do not confirm anyone's good conduct before Allah."
