[4574] 47 – (1756) It was narrated that Hammâm bin Munabbih said: This is what Abü Hurairah narrated to us from Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah , and he mentioned a number of AhadIth, including the following: The Messenger of Allah said: "If you come to a town (and take it peacefully) and stay there, then you have your share in it, but any town that disobeys Allah and His Messenger (and is seized by force), one fifth of it is for Allah and His Messenger , then the rest is for you."
