[4465] 45 – (1710) It was narrated from Abü Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: "There is no Diyah for injuries caused by animals. There is no Diyah for injuries caused by falling into a well. There is no Diyah for injuries suffered when working in a mine. And the Khums is due on buried treasure."
