[3923] 94 – ( … ) Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allah ii said: 'Whoever has surplus land, let him cultivate it or let his brother cultivate it, and not sell it.' I said to Sa'eed: Does 'not sell it' refer to leasing? He said: 'Yes."
