[3905] 80 – ( … ) It was narrated that 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah iI say: 'Whoever buys palm trees after they have been pollinated, their produce belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. Whoever buys a slave, his property belongs to the one who sold him, unless the buyer stipulated otherwise."
