Sahih Muslim Hadith 3847 – It Is Invalid To Sell

[3847] 38 – ( … ) Sâlim bin 'Abdullâh narrated that his father said: "I saw the people at the time of the Messenger of Allah j0',being beaten if they bought food without measure then sold it on the spot, unless they took it to their own places." Ibn Shihâb said: "Ubaidullâh bin 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar told me that his father used to buy food without measure then take it to his family."
