[3669] 13 – ( … ) Ibn Taw-us narrated from his father that he heard Ibn 'Umar being asked about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He said: "Do you know 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar?" He said: "Yes." He said: "He divorced his wife while she was menstruating, and 'Umar went to the Prophet and told him the news. He told him to take her back." He (Ibn Tawus) said: "I did not hear him – his father – say any more than that."
