[35621 139 – (1441) It was narrated from Abü Ad-Dardâ' that the Prophet Q-5, passed by a heavily pregnant (captive) woman, at the door of a tent and he said: "Perhaps he (the owner) wants to have intercourse with her?" They said: "Yes." The Messenger of Allah ii said: "I was thinking of cursing him with a curse that would go to his grave with him. How can he make him his heir when that is not permissible for him? How can he make him his slave when that is not permissible for him?"
