[34501 45 – ( … ) It was narrated from Nubaih bin Wahb, that i :LU LLJI 'Umar bin 'Ubaidullâh bin Ma'mar wanted to many his son Taltiah to the daughter of haibah bin Jubair during the Hajj. At that time Abân bin 'Uthmân was the Commander of Hajj. He sent word to Abân saying: "I would like to arrange the marriage of Talbah bin J'l c 'Umar and I would like you to attend." Abân said to him: "I LI think you are no more than an L J)l ill-mannered 'Iraqi. I heard 'Uthmân bin 'Affân say: 'The :i J JU .LU Messenger of Allah jW said: The Muhrim should not get married."
