[2888] 90 – (…) Nubaih bin Wahb narrated that the eyes of 'Umar bin 'Ubaidullâh bin Ma'mar became inflamed, and he wanted to apply kohl to them, but Abân bin 'Uthmân told him not to; he told him to apply aloes to them, and he narrated from 'Uthmân bin 'Affân that the Prophet had done that.
