[252] 137 – (85) It was narrated that 'Abdullâh bin Mas'üd said: "I asked the Messenger of Allah : 'Which deed is best?' He said: 'The Salât offered on time.' I said: 'Then what?' He said: 'Honoring one's parents.' I said: 'Then what?' He said: 'Jihâd in the cause of Allah.' And I did not ask any more out of consideration for him."
