[2189] 52 – (945) Abü Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever attends a funeral until the prayer is offered will have one QIrât (of reward), and whoever attends until (the body) is buried will have two QIrât." It was said: "What are the two QIrâ;s?" He said: "Like two huge mountains." The end of the HadIth of Abü At-Tahir. The other two added: Ibn hihâb said: "Sâlim bin 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar said: 'Ibn 'Umar used to offer the funeral prayer and then leave.' When he heard the HadIth of Abü Hurairah he said: 'We have missed out on many QIrât."
