Sahih Muslim Hadith 7471 – The Virtue Of i – (r

[7471] 44 – ( … ) It was narrated from Mahmüd bin LabId that 'Uthmân bin 'Affân wanted to rebuild the Masjid but the people disliked that, and they wanted to leave it as it was. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah llf say: 'Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build something similar for him in Paradise."
