[6776] 2 – (2666) Abü 'Imrân Al-JawnI said: 'Abdullâh bin Rabâh A1-AnsârI wrote to me (saying) that 'Abdullâh bin 'Amr said: "I went to the Messenger of Allah one day, and he heard the voices of two men arguing about a Verse (of the Qur'ân). The Messenger of Allah came out to them, and signs of anger could be seen on his face. He said: 'Those who came before you were only doomed because they argued about the Book."
