[6694] 148 – (2630) It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "A poor woman came to me, carrying two of her daughters, and I gave her three dates to eat. She gave each of them a date and lifted the other one (to her mouth) to eat it, but her daughters asked her to give it to them, so she divided the date that she wanted to eat between them. I was impressed by what she did, and I told the Messenger of Allah about what she had done. He said: 'Allah has decreed Paradise for her because of that,' or; 'He has ransomed her from the Fire because of that."
