[6657] 117 – (2613) It was narrated that Hishâm bin Hakim bin Uizâm said that he passed by some people in Ash-Sham who had been made to stand in the sun, and oil had been poured over their heads. He said: "What is this?" It was said: "They are being punished for not paying the Kharâj." He said: "But I heard the Messenger of Allah 4g, say: 'Allah will torment those who torment the people in this world."
