[6264] 63 – (2426) It was narrated – {] from 'Abdullâh bin DInâr that he heard Ibn 'Umar say: "The Messenger of Allah 4 sent an expedition and he appointed 21 Usâmah bin Zaid in charge of — Li :3jI JL them. The people objected to his command and the Messenger of Al-A hzâb 33:5. Virtues Of The Companions 286 fl Allah . stood up and said: 'You object to his command and you objected to the command of his father before him. By Allah, he (his father) was fit to command, and he was one of the dearest of people to me, and he (Usâmah) is one of the dearest of people to me after him."
