[4396] ( … ) This JladIth was narrated from Mansür with their chain, except that it says: "She miscarried, and the matter was referred to the Prophet who ruled that a slave be given (as Diyah). And he imposed that on the relatives of the woman; but in this HadIth it does not mention the Diyah for the woman.
