[4149] ( … ) It was narrated from Shu'bah (a HadIth similar to no. 4148, with a different chain of An-Nisâ' 4:176. narrators). In the HadIth of Wahb bin JarIr it says: "The Verse of the shares of inheritance was revealed." In the HadIth of An- NaIr and Al-'AqadI it says: "The Verse of the share of inheritance." None of their reports mention what Shu'bah said to Ibn Al- Munkadir.
