[3917] 88 – ( … ) It was narrated that Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allah ii said 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it, and if he does not cultivate it, he should let his brother cultivate it." Kirâ': When the owner allows the land to be used in exchange for a certain portion of the produce. Some of the narrations that follow explain it explicitly.
