[3883] 63 – ( … ) It was narrated from 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar: "Zaid bin Thâbit told me that the Messenger of Allah granted a concession allowing the sale of Arâyâ for a similar measure of dried dates." Yahyâ said: "Arâyâ is when a man buys the produce of date palms so that he can give his family fresh dates to eat, in return for an estimated measure of dried dates."
