[3812] 8 – ( … ) It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said: "No man should urge a buyer to cancel a purchase with his brother in order to sell him his own goods; or propose marriage to a woman to whom his brother has already proposed, unless he gives him permission."
