[3729] 59 – (1486) It was narrated that Humaid bin Nâfi' said: I heard Zainab, the daughter of Umm Salamah, say: A close relative of Umm HabIbah died, and she called for some yellow perfume and put it on her forearms, and she said: "I only did this because I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to mourn for more than three days, except for a husband, four months and ten days."
