[3439] 36 – ( … ) Abü Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah ; forbade a man to be married to a woman and her paternal aunt, or to a woman and her maternal aunt." Ibn Shihâb said: "We think that the maternal aunt of her father and the paternal aunt of her father come under the same : ruling."
