[30481 230 – (1261) It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that when the Messenger of Allah circumambulated the Ka'bah in the first Tawâf, he would walk rapidly in three circuits, and at a normal pace in (the remaining) four. When he went between As- Safa and Al-Marwah, he ran in the bottom of the valley, and Ibn 'Umar did likewise.
