Sahih Muslim Hadith 2300 – Severe Punishment

[2300] 30 – (990) It was narrated that Abô Dharr said: "I came to the Prophet while he was sitting in the shade of the Ka'bah, and when he saw me he said: 'They are the losers, by the Lord of the K 'bah!' I came and sat down, but it was not long before I got up and said: '0 Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be ransomed for you! Who are they?' He said: 'They are the ones who have the most wealth, except for those who do like this and like this and like this' – (and he gestured) in front of him and behind him and to his right and to his left – 'and how few they are. And there is no owner of camels, cattle or sheep who does pay the Za/thi due for them, but they will come on the Day of Resurrection as big and as fat as they ever were, and they will gore him with their horns and trample him with their hooves, and every time the last of them moves away the first of them will come back to him, until judgement is passed among the people."
