[1354] 147 – (598) It was 5 L. (ooA)tV [rot1 narrated that Abü Hurairah said: "When the Messenger of Allah said TakbIr in the prayer, he ' would remain silent for a short while before he started to recite. I said: '0 Messenger of Allah, — may my father and mother be sacrificed for you. I have seen ! JJ.) that you are silent between the TakbIr and recitation. What do you say?' He said: 'I say: :J "Allâhumma, bâ 'id bainI wa baina khatâyaya kamâ ha 'adta bainal- mashriqi wal-maghrib. L AllâhummaghsilnI min /cjja;âyaya ç !i C4- bitj-ihalji, wal-mâ' wal-bârid(0 Allah, distance me from my sins Just as You have distanced the east from the west. 0 Allah, cleanse me of my sins as a white garment is cleansed of filth. 0 Allah, wash my sins from me with snow, water and hail.)"
