[1334] 135 – (591) It was Sjls ()-rro [t ] narrated that Thawbân said: "When the Messenger of Allah had finished his prayer, he would ask for forgiveness three times, and say: 'Allâhumma 3 :J ' antas-Salâmu wa minkas-salâmu, tabârakta dhal-jalâli wal-ikrâm (0 ij Allah, You are As-Salâm (the One Who is free from all defects J' !4U :j; 3 j,j and deficiencies) and from You is ()5 I l all peace, blessed are You, Possessor of majesty and honor)." Of Al-WalId said: "I said to Al- Awzâ'I: 'How does one ask for I JU forgiveness?' He said: 'Say: "Astaghfirullah, astaghfirullah (I ask Allah for forgiveness, I ask Allah for forgiveness.)"
