Sahih Muslim Hadith 1281 – As-Sahw

[1281] 91 – ( … ) It was narrated )—Al [A] from 'Abdullâh that the Prophet prayed Zuhr with five Rak'ah, : and when he said the TaslIm, it was said to him: "Has something been added to the prayer?" He said: "Why is that?" They said: "You prayed five (Rak'ah)." So he prostrated twice.
