[1098] 230 ( … ) It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbâs that the Messenger of Allah ; said: "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones: The forehead" – and he pointed to his nose – "the hands, the feet and the ends of the feet (toes), and not to tuck up my garment or hair."
