[992] 138 – ( … ) It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said: "Do not prevent the women from going out to the Masjid at night." A son of 'Abdullâh bin 'Umar said: "We will not let them go out lest that lead to mischief and suspicion." Ibn 'Umar rebuked him and said: "I say, 'the Messenger of Allah AO, said,' and you say, 'We will not let them!"
