[177] 78 – (49) It was narrated that Târiq bin ShihAb – and this is the HadIth of AN Bakr (one of the narrators) – said: "The first one to start with the Khutbah on the day of 'Eid, before the prayer, was Marwân. A man stood up and said: '(Shouldn't) the prayer (come) before the Khu(bah?' He said: 'What was there has been left.' Abü Sa'eed said: 'This man has done his duty. I heard the Messenger of Allah ç say: "Whoever among you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand (by taking action); if he cannot, then with his tongue (by speaking out); and if he cannot, then with his heart (by hating it and feeling it is wrong), and that is the weakest of faith."
